7 - Not losing weight? Diet not working?

The commonest reason for a low carb diet not working is that you are eating more carbs than you think, or your diet permits you more carbs than your critical level of carbohydrates for losing weight.

You might also have food sensitivities, candida, nutritional deficiencies, thyroid problems or a depressed metabolism which can all result in you not loosing weight. More explanation of these problems and how to conquer them can be found in the book "Why Can't I Lose Weight".
